MPT confirmed that one employee from Yangon Region has tested positive for COVID-19. The concerned employee has no direct contact with customers.
We have taken prompt action in accordance with the instructions of MoHS and authorities for the additional confirmed cases.
We will continue our efforts to prevent the spread of infection both internally and externally under the guideline of MoHS and keep operating the telecommunication service which is the important lifeline of Myanmar people even under this hard situation of COVID-19.
