MPT would like to inform that system sent the message wrongly by the mixture of garbled letter when the customer applied to CRBT service with invalid code such as Myanmar letter or symbol character(*).
It was reported sometimes if customer input the invalid code since 28th January 2021, and now it has been modified. Thank you.
(*) MPT system require customer to reply back in English letter such as REG D, REG W, REG M for the registration the service.
