Frequently Asked Questions

1.How much data will be given?

MPT now compensate unconsumed data balance with appropriate validity for mobile suspension period with 30days validity (FYI: minimum is 30days and maximum is 77days, depend on condition) for future usage.

2. When can we get the data refund benefit?

Above 100MB data remaining users can get the benefits as of 30th Apr 2021. Less than 100MB users will get within the next week.

3. When can we get the Htaw B amount refund benefit?

Now we are preparing. We may proceed the Htaw B refund as of 6th May 2021.

4. How can I check balance?

You can check your receiving data, balance amount and validity by dialing *224#.

5. Which packs are included for data/amount balance for refund?

Unconsumed valid data packs and Htaw B packs for mobile internet cut off staring from 15th Mar 2021 are eligible to be refunded. Also included data bonus related Hti Pauk, VAS bundle packs and special offer packs. First Recharge and Welcome bonus is out of scope. BTL and VAS pack has been included except for MLBB dedicated packs. Facebook Night Time free benefit of Data Carry is out of scope.

6. How much data refund for Sone Sone Lin Lin users?

SSLL has two kinds of benefits. (2) kinds of refund to SSLL users. One is remaining data like other data pack and another one is unlimited benefit for compensation. We defined the dedicated Bonus data amount instead of unlimited benefits (FB, ML, Viber, IG, Joox) to each SSLL users. Bonus data 100MB for SSLL Mini users per day (30 days validity), Bonus data 200MB for SSLL Original users per day (30 days validity), Bonus data 400MB for SSLL Maxi users per day(30 days validity).

7. I bought SSLL Mini package. What benefit can we get for unlimited data usage?

SSLL mini users could receive remaining main data quota equal to expired data + 100MB per day as unlimited benefit compensation during suspension. E.g. 200 MB remaining data (30D) + 100 MB per day for 30 days. 100MB per day for 30 days refund schedule is not fixed.

8. I bought SSLL Original package. What benefit can we get for unlimited data usage?

SSLL original users could receive remaining main data quota equal to expired data + 200MB per day as unlimited benefit compensation during suspension. E.g. 400 MB remaining data (30D) + 200 MB per day for 30 days. 200MB per day for 30 days refund schedule is not fixed.

9. I bought SSLL Maxi package. What benefit can we get for unlimited data usage?

SSLL Maxi users could receive remaining main data quota equal to expired data + 400MB per day as unlimited benefit compensation during suspension. E.g. 500 MB remaining data (30D) + 400 MB per day for 30 days. 400MB per day for 30 days refund schedule is not fixed.

10. I bought DaVo package. What benefit can we get for refund?

DaVo pack user can get only data refund. Voice refund is not allowed.
e.g. 1GB per day for 30 days validity would be refunded to any valid DaVo users.

11. I bought VAS bundle data pack (PUBG/Tay Than Thar/JOOX/Shal Kyi). What benefit can we get for refund?

The data pack users could receive remaining main data quota equal to expired data.
The code (PUBG game item) or premium access link (JOOX, Tay Than Thar/Shal Kyi) received by users via SMS at time of pack purchase can be used and is hence not shared again.

12. I bought Mobile Legends data pack. When will I get refund?

Since Mobile Legends is dedicated data pack (data can only be used for Mobile Legends), the refund for the expired data will be considered later after mobile internet usage for Mobile Legends is restored.
