The validity and data allowances of these two packs will not merged. Each pack will be expired with its validity and amount.

Yes. All Facebook videos are been enjoying freely within 11 PM to 6 AM without worry. Voice/ Video calls and all outside links browsing from Facebook App/ website will be charged from data package if available (or) standard pay-as-you-go data rate.

Once you buy 1299Ks and above packs Data Carry Plus packs, you can get Night Facebook service with free of charge from 11 PM to 6 AM with 30 Days validity. Also can win up to 400GB lucky data.

6. I bought Data Carry Packs with 999Ks. I did not get free Night Facebook service. Why?

Users can get up to 1000GB lucky bonus data for 699Ks,799Ks & 999Ks Data carry plus packs. Free Night Facebook are allowed for Data Carry Plus Packs those are 1299Ks & above (except 699Ks 799Ks and 999Ks Packs).

7. What will happen when I buy Data Carry Plus pack on Friday?

10. How many Data Carry Plus Packs can I subscribe?

Multi-subscription is allowed, and the package data quota and validity of Data allowances will be merged. Validity and quota of lucky data will also be merged each other. Validity of Free Night Facebook service from 11 PM to 6AM will be merged and reset to longest purchase validity.

11. What is the validity of Data Carry Plus Packs?

Validity of package is 30 days and carry over period is 7 days. The package data quota and validity of Data allowances will be merged. Lucky data can be used for 7 days validity & data quota will also be merged. Validity of Free night Facebook are with 30 days that is the same validity of data carry package that you buy.

12. When customer consumes all of data from data carry plus before expiry, can customer continue Free Night Facebook service?

Yes. customer can still use Free night facebook till expiry with 30 days even after data carry plus is fully consumed.  It will not be charged from data package if available (or) standard pay-as-you-go data rate.

13.What happens to my unused data during carry over period?

During carry over period (after the period of data pack expired- 7 Days), users will not be able to use their remaining package data allowance. Unused package data will be added to new pack if users purchased new Data Carry Plus Pack within carry over period. Validity and quota of lucky data will also be merged.

14. Can I gift Data Carry Plus with Free Night Facebook packs to others?

You can gift Data Carry Plus with Free Night Facebook packs to others. Dial *777# or *106*2#, choose packs you want to share and choose option 2.’Gift’, enter mobile number you want to.

15. When is the promotion period?

GSM/WCDMA users (Postpaid and Prepaid Swe Thahar/Shal Pyaw/Shwe Zagar) can subscribe Data Packs. CDMA, Base Tariff users and non-active users are not eligible to subscribe.

3. How many Night Safety Data Packs can I subscribe?

Multi-subscription is allowed, and the data quota and validity of Data allowances will be merged.

4. If I subscribe both Night Safety Data packs with “speed throttling” and without “speed throttling”, How to be handled “speed throttling”?

In case customer purchases mix of Night Safety Data packs with “speed throttling” and without “speed throttling”, speed throttling function will apply for Latest purchased pack conditions.

For example, if customer buy Night safety data pack without “speed throttling” and after that, customer buy again Night safety data pack with “speed throttling”, it will be merged data quota and extended to the longest validity with speed “speed throttling” condition.

5. If I have active Night Safety Data Pack (with 1.5 Mbps speed throttling) but this data quota is fully consumed, how will data consumption and data throttling function be handled?

It will be deducted from other active Data Pack or main balance without 1.5 Mbps speed throttling. If you would like to continue to use 1.5 Mbps speed throttling function, you must purchase Night Safety Data Pack with 1.5 Mbps speed throttling again.

Please send “Orderdata service” to 1331. You will be able to use internet without paying any data subscription fee. To start using internet, please set your APN to “mptnet”.

If I unsubscribe from Swe Thahar, will I lose internet on my mobile phone?

No, you will not lose internet on your mobile phone regardless if you had paid internet option fee or not.
