You can dial *234*2# for Prepaid and *235*2# for Postpaid for free subscription to Swe Thahar Plan.

6. Can I enjoy the 5 mins in 1 Hour benefit for whole day (24 hours)?

Yes. You can enjoy up to 55 mins free after every 5 mins on MPT-MPT paid continuous call for whole day (24 hours).

7. For the first 5 mins of continuous call, where can be charged from and with which rate?

For the first 5 mins, is charged with the rate of 27Ks/Min (excl; tax) from main balance or loan balance.

8. Are calls to other operators’ numbers eligible in the promotion?

No. The offer is eligible for MPT to MPT calls.

9. I called for 63 mins continuously and charged 227Ks. Why?

It charged 142Ks for first 5 mins, free for next 55mins and charged 85Ks for 3mins which is over 60mins continuous calls. Users can enjoy up to 55mins free for one continuous call.

10. After the offer subscribed, I made 2 mins and 3 mins calls. Can I get free for next 55 mins?

No. You can enjoy up to 55 mins free after every 5 mins on MPT-MPT paid continuous call. It is charged with 27Ks/min (excl; tax) for non-continuous calls (2 mins and 3 mins).

11. While having product, how will be charged for any operators’ number calls/ SMS and Data usage with which rate?

While having product, Off-net calls/ SMS and Data usage will be charged according to users’ tariff (Swe/ Shal/ Shwe), package and/ or bonus quota.
