Super Double data packages can be used for Facebook (social media), Youtube (streaming), Games etc. These packages don’t have any restrictions in-terms of content and can be used for all the data.
You can buy as many packs as you want. Multi-subscription is allowed; main data quota will be merged, and validity can be used to the latest purchased pack. Validity and data allowance of Super Bonus Data can be merged with each other within validity period (7 days). Main data quota will not be merged with Super Bonus Data.
Customer Journey and bonus data acquisition state
In Super Double Data packs, there are two kinds of Data Quota.
Validity of Main Data is 30 days and carry over period is 7 days.
Validity of Bonus Data is 7 days.
During carry over period (after the period of data pack expired- 7 Days), users will not be able to use their remaining package data allowance. Unused package data will be added to new pack if users purchased new Super Double Data Pack within carry over period. Validity and quota of Super Bonus Data will also be merged with each other within validity period (7 days).
