The Ministry of Transport and Communications, Myanma Posts and Telecommunications (MPT) has been providing services such as mobile, internet, ADSL, auto telephone (landline phones) and communication services while continually trying to provide better quality services to our valuable customers.

Myanma Posts and Telecommunications (MPT) has always done its best to fix and provide improved services in a timely manner whenever the MPT Call Center 106 receives a connection failure report.

Now, in order to improve the connectivity of auto telephones, the old exchanges are being replaced with modernized ones (soft switch) and a project to modify the strength of cables has commenced.

If auto telephone, users complain directly to the call center (106) for a connectivity failure, the center will inform the related exchange area or state and regions to have the failure fixed as soon as possible.

Therefore, we would like to inform our auto telephone users to phone call center on 106 from their mobile phone number or auto telephone number if they experience a connectivity failure in their respective states or regions.
