MPT Dome Pyan Internet Service

1.What is Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet?

Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet is the great offer of MPT FTTH. MPT is upgrading FTTH speed, starting from 17th of June 2019. All MPT FTTH subscribers can enjoy the double speed without changing any prices in Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet.

2. What are the benefits of upgrading speed?

Not only new FTTH customers but also existing FTTH customers can enjoy the double speed without changing any monthly fees and any installation fees.

3. Can I enjoy 20Mbps/50Mbps/100Mbps all the time?

Our service is on best effort basis and 20Mbps/ 50Mbps / 100Mbps are the maximum speed customer can enjoy.
When the service is used by many customers simultaneously, the speed may be slower than those maximum speeds. However, MPT will secure a certain speed for each user to be able to use the internet even when the service is congested.

4. Is there another service available?

Customers can upgrade or downgrade the speed at any time. However, in the case of customers downgrade the speed, there will be a one-time fee of 10,000 Ks.
b. Customers can request for temporary line close for maximum of 3 months with one-time fee of 10,000 Ks.

As for above upgrading, downgrading and temporary line close request, customer needs to apply 7 days prior to the first day of the month on which suspension or termination becomes effective.
These change requests can be applied at Sule MPT office (Corner of Bosunpat street and Maharbandula street, Near Sule Pagoda)

5. How can I subscribe to the Dome Pyan Home Fiber Internet?

6. What is the payment term and how should I make payment?

All the customers are required to pay for the service in advance and payment can be made at below MPT shops or at KBZ and CB bank counters and through mobile banking payment.
