1. What is Thailand-Malaysia IDD call pack?

  • After 1000 Kyats service charge, this call pack allows you to make calls to Thailand and Malaysia at 50 Kyats/Minute and send SMS at 15 Kyats/SMS.
  • You can use this pack for 30 days from the time of purchase.

3. Who are eligible for the Thailand-Malaysia IDD call pack?

  • All GSM/WCDMA users are eligible but not for CDMA users.

5. I buy IDD Pack but it was charged 1,050Ks. Why?

  • This rate is subject to an additional 5% commercial tax starting April 1, 2016.

2. How do I subscribe?

  • You can dial *2050#, from MPT4U or from *106# to subscribed to the call pack.

4. What is the period of the Thailand-Malaysia IDD call pack Campaign?

  • Customer can purchase the packages form 9th May, 2017.
  • MPT will announce in advance, if any changes happen.

6. How can I check my IDD Pack?

  • You can check by dialing *224# or sending BAL to 1331.
