How do I subscribe to Voice Mail Services ?

Send “VMS” to 1331 to subscribe. To get started, you will need to call 1550 to set your voicemail greeting, voice signature and password (between 4-6 digits). Subscription is free.

Can I check my voice mail by calling from another number?

Yes, you can check the voice mail by calling 1550 from a number that is not your own. Just call 1550 and follow the instructions.

Can I subscribe to both Voice Mail Services and Missed Call Alert at the same time?

No, you may not.

How do I change my Voice Mail Services settings? (greeting message , language ,signature , password )?

Yes, you can change your settings, including your greeting message, language, signature and password. Simply follow the steps below: 1. Call 1550 2. Press “1″ – Access own mail box * 3. Press “2″ – Settings 4. Press “1″ – Greeting, “2″ – Password, “3” – Language or “4″ – Signature *If you receive the messages, please listen all messages. After that, you can choose the setting menu.

How do I use Voice Mail Services?

When your phone is out of network coverage area, you are unable to pick up your calls or your phone is switched off, your caller will be prompted to leave a Voice Mail. When you have a Voice Mail, the system will send you a notification. You can dial 1550 to retrieve the message, delete the voice message and manage your Voice Mail settings. A maximum of 20 Voice Mail messages can be stored. Usual voice tariff applies to leave a message or to call 1550.

How do I unsubscribe to Voice Mail Services?

Send “VMS OFF” to 1331 to unsubscribe.

What is the special greeting message?

Voice Mail Services has two types of greeting messages: personal greeting message and special greeting message. If you set a special greeting message, this will take precedence over the personal greeting message.

Can callers classify the voice mail messages?

Yes, callers can classify their messages to let you know whether it is normal, urgent or confidential. After recording the voice message, press *. Then choose the message type – press “1” for normal, “2” for urgent and “3 for confidential. You will receive an SMS notification with the message classification.
