- Remote system technical support from office as well as visit to B2B / IP Backbone / IP Core / Metro
- Transmission equipment maintenance on site (in Yangon area, if needed, other Regions)
- Emergency Repair Work
Competencies / Expertise Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications or IT or related engineering background
- Advanced Networking experience and skills
- 3 to 5 years experience in Networking or IT Fields
- Able to work transmission equipment on site
- Bi-lingual – English and Myanmar languages – Speaking and writing required
- Good communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Discuss and revise update information with operation planning and organization planning
- Communicate with state and region and HR department
- Communicate with training Program by HR
- Prepare report (daily , weekly ad monthly ) and Backup, etc.
Competencies / Expertise Required
- Certificate degree in a technical university (preferred)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, focused, and persistent
- Willing to learn for process management
