Roles and Responsibilities

  • To respond to inquiries or complaints posted on Facebook
  • As a supervisor, oversee day-to-day operations of other staff
  • Operate necessary system & tools
  • Create reports, when necessary
  • Work on shift

Competencies / Expertise Required

  • Experienced in B2B sales in Telecom/IT industries
  • Experienced in B2B sales for the customers in financial sector
  • Management capability of sales staffs
  •  Capable to conduct sales of Mobile & Fixed (Data) as integrated services
