Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect, track and analyze voice of customers
- Report to management and share VOCs internally
- Set rules of handling complaints
- Work with other departments in order to improve and find solutions
Competencies / Expertise Required
- Ability to perform data collection of VOC, data analysis, making report materials
- Strong skill with big data is preferred (Excel & Access)
