Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide call center with service and operational information as well as FAQs
  • Obtain customer feedback from different channels and monitor service trends
  • Align with Marketing and Sales Departments and ensure all customer care channels fully understand services available

Competencies / Expertise Required

  • Ability to perform planning for operation in line with services & products, business process management & improvement, making materials
  • Experience in mobile business or call center management preferred
  • Able to make plans for events, managing vendors, managing projects
  • Good at total service management
  • Good communication skills
