Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide call center with service and operational information as well as FAQs
- Obtain customer feedback from different channels and monitor service trends
- Align with Marketing and Sales Departments and ensure all customer care channels fully understand services available
Competencies / Expertise Required
- Ability to perform planning for operation in line with services & products, business process management & improvement, making materials
- Experience in mobile business or call center management preferred
- Able to make plans for events, managing vendors, managing projects
- Good at total service management
- Good communication skills
